Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Kuponista processes and why. It is written for the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applies to everyone who visits kuponista.com.

What we collect

• Browsing: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Clicks to stores: when you follow a link to a store, the store or its affiliate network may set its own cookie to record that you came from Kuponista. Their privacy policies apply to those cookies.
• E-mail: only if you write to us or, later, sign up for alerts. We use it only to answer you or send the alerts you asked for, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest for operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); consent for alerts and newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a)); our contract with you when you have an account (Art. 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep data

Server logs: up to 30 days. E-mails: as long as needed to answer you. Alert subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

Who receives data

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and security). Stores and affiliate networks receive only what your own click sends them. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to ntheo@spaceapp.dev. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or the authority in your country.

Children

Kuponista is not aimed at children under 16.
